I've gradually realised that I've become the 'loud shirt' guy; I aim to look smart but alternative and brightly patterned shirts are part of that. They're also a way in to start a conversation and a means of holding attention, particularly useful when shooting groups like alumni of London Business School on its 60th anniversary - that, a few self-deprecating jokes and a lot of pointing & shouting gets the job done.
