Business portraiture can be a pretty restrictive form, often head & shoulders on a white background - small differences become magnified, so getting the details right is very important.

Multiple catchlights in the eyes engage viewers' attention for longer and add a glamorous sparkle so I've always made sure to use lots of silver reflectors but I recently experimented with multiple ring lighting and I rather like the effect - the catchlights are brighter & more unusual; when there's more going on in the eyes, it implies that there's more going on behind the eyes.
