To Earl's Court for publishers Phaidon, to meet Massimo Bottura, chef & restaurateur; he holds 4 Michelin stars and his Modena restaurant has twice been ranked #1 in the world ... I was previously unaware of his work (as I suspect he was of mine) but can personally attest that he makes an excellent hazelnut biscuit.
This sequence of shots was taken during his lengthy answer to the very first interview question; I'm impressed that someone can be quite so passionate about tortellini but given his status it's hardly surprising - could he be any more Italian?
