Sonic Blue breakthrough debut

To the 100 Club, for the first time in my 38 years in London ... and it's the spitting image of the Student Union bar at Uni, which of course has its own special charm. The occasion was a performance by my friend Stephen Brayne's band Sonic Blue (their first time at the 100 Club too) of tracks from their new album Shake the Blues (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Shake-Blues-Sonic-Blue/dp/B0C8P7R84M).

The lighting was challenging (also reminiscent of the Uni SU circa 1982) - it always is at live gigs - but my ever-reliable little Fujifilm X100 triumphed again; my favourite camera ever, it feels like it's been designed by contemporary photographers (Canon take note!!) but looks like something from the 1950s - love it!
